Instead of guests coming to a booth, our attendant moves through your event capturing professional camera-quality photos with instant digital sharing. It is ideal for cocktail hours, receptions, brand activations, and events where guests are mingling.

How much does the Roaming Photo Booth cost?

The Roaming Photo Booth offers standalone packages from $699, or can be added on from $499. Printed photos are available as a print upgrade from $199 for either 2x6 strips or 4x6 prints. Contact us for availability and a custom quote.

How much space does the Roaming Photo Booth need?

It does not need a fixed backdrop or booth station. Our attendant needs clear access to move among your guests; tell us about your venue layout so we can confirm suitable coverage.

How do guests receive their photos?

Guests can share photos instantly via QR code or text. You also receive an online gallery after the event.

Is an attendant included?

Yes. A professional attendant operates the handheld booth, moves through your event and helps guests with posing and digital sharing.

Can we combine roaming coverage with a stationary booth?

Yes. Roaming coverage can be added to an eligible package from $499. Tell us your guest count and schedule so we can recommend how the two experiences work together.

How many hours should we book?

Coverage is planned around your event schedule and guest count. Tell us whether you want cocktail-hour moments, reception coverage or another part of the event, and we’ll confirm hours in your proposal.

Can guests get printed keepsakes?

The base experience is digital only. Optional 2×6 strips or 4×6 prints start from $199; the print setup and final price depend on guest count and expected volume.

What areas do you serve?

We serve Toronto, the GTA, Innisfil, Barrie and Simcoe County. We also serve Bradford, Oakville and communities across York Region, Halton Region and the Greater Toronto Area. Travel within 35km of Vaughan is included; any travel fees beyond that are confirmed in your proposal. Ask us about other Ontario locations.
